Ally Fox became the head coach of the Culver Academies softball program in 2021.
Ally came to Culver after a highly decorated NCAA Division III career at Marian University (Wis.) in Hockey and Softball. Most notably during her softball career, Ally became the first All-American in program history in 2019 and was also named a finalist for the National Player of the Year that season. In that season, she hit .511 becoming the first in program history to have a batting average above .500. She also set single-season program records for hits (77) and stolen bases (28).
She would also go on to earn First Team All-Conference recognition every year of her career and was named All-Region twice. Ally remains the all-time leader for batting average (.446), on-base percentage (.491), and stolen bases (74).
On the ice, Ally earned an NCHA All-Freshman selection after scoring 13 goals and 22 total points. Her 22 points that season were the third-most in a single season in program history. She ranks third in all-time history with 22 goals and fifth in program history with 42 points.
Ally graduated from Marian (Wis.) in 2019 with a degree in Exercise and Sports Science.
