Culver Academies Appoints Keith Euker as Lacrosse Program Manager

Dr. Doug Bird, Head of Schools at Culver Academies in Culver, Indiana, and Kevin Cox, Athletic Director, are pleased to announce the appointment of Keith Euker as the Lacrosse Program Manager. Coach Euker will oversee all aspects of the CMA Lacrosse program, serve as the head coach of the CMA Prep Lacrosse team, and will provide administrative support for the CGA Lacrosse program.

Coach Euker brings a wealth of coaching experience and a proven track record of strong leadership at the college level. He joins Culver from the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, MA, where he recently completed his third season as Assistant Coach and Offensive Coordinator. Prior to his time at Holy Cross, Euker served as a Volunteer Assistant Coach at Boston University during the 2022 season.

Euker previously led the McDaniel College men's lacrosse program for six seasons as Head Coach. Under his leadership, McDaniel produced 10 All-Centennial Conference players, significantly improved the academic performance of the team, and secured a rare Division I-level sponsorship from STX—the only such sponsorship in Division III at the time.

His coaching résumé also includes two seasons as Assistant Coach and Defensive Coordinator at Denison University, where the Big Red achieved a 32-5 record and consistent top 20 national rankings. During his tenure, Euker coached 18 All-NCAC honorees, including the 2014 NCAC Rookie of the Year, Defensive Player of the Year, and five USILA All-Americans.

Earlier in his career, Euker contributed to the launch of the University of Michigan's inaugural Division I men's lacrosse program, serving as a Volunteer Assistant Coach and Goalie Coach. He mentored freshman Gerald Logan to a #1 national ranking with 15.07 saves per game and ECAC All-Rookie Team honors.

In addition, Euker spent two years as Head Men's Lacrosse Coach at the University of Missouri (MCLA), where he led the team to a 21-11 record. He was named Great Rivers Lacrosse Coach of the Year in 2011 and coached three MCLA All-Americans and 17 all-conference players, including the 2011 Offensive Player of the Year.

Before entering coaching full-time, Euker had a successful 10-year career in the technology sector, advancing from technical recruiting to executive management, ultimately serving as Vice President of Business Development for a technology solutions firm.

A graduate of Loyola University Maryland, Euker earned his bachelor's degree in communications with a concentration in Public Relations. He was a four-year letterwinner for the Greyhounds and contributed to a team that reached the NCAA Men's Lacrosse Final Four.

Coach Euker and his wife, Carrie, have two children: a daughter, Sadie, and a son, Bear.

"We are thrilled to welcome Keith to the Culver community," Athletic Director Kevin Cox said. "His passion for developing student-athletes both on and off the field, combined with his coaching expertise and leadership experience, make him an ideal fit for our lacrosse program and the broader Culver mission."
