St. Andrews College and Culver Prep returned to the Henderson Ice Arena for the second game of a PHC West match-up. Culver got on the board first at 8:55 of the first period when Hayden Lewis found Sam Trumble on the doorstep. The teams would go to the first intermission with Culver leading 1-0.
Culver would extend their lead to 3-0 by the end of the second period on a goal by Colin Kessler at 15:02 and on a shorthanded goal from Romo Riego de Dios at 9:03. Riego de Dios's tally would prove to be the game winning goal.
St. Andrews scored at 13:47 of the third period to make the score 3-1. With just under 2:00 minutes to play in the game, St. Andrews pulled their goalie for an extra attacker. St. Andrews took advantage of the extra man scoring their second goal of the game at 1:29. Culver would hang on for a 3-2 victory and their first PHC win.
Vaughn Makar was the winning goalie and improved his overall record to 5-1.
